WeightUp Terms & Conditions

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@weightup.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Access to premium content or features may require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscription tiers, features, and pricing are described within the Service. We reserve the right to change plans or adjust pricing upon reasonable notice to you.

Purchases are processed securely through RevenueCat, our third-party billing provider, and may utilize the app store account associated with your device. You authorize us and RevenueCat to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Eligibility and duration will be specified in the offer. At the end of a trial or promotion, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the account settings of the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the platform where you purchased the Subscription. We do not have direct access to payment information and cannot guarantee refunds for charges processed by third-party stores.

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

You may submit content (e.g., profile information, comments). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including RevenueCat, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Functions, and applicable app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Workout logs, goal-tracking data, bodyweight entries, and media uploads you submit may be processed or stored by Firebase services to deliver core Service functionality such as authentication, data syncing, and media handling. RevenueCat is limited to managing subscription entitlements and billing information for your account. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to this processing by our external service providers.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined therein.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting within the Service or sending an email). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, the license granted to you will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
